Summer School Behavioural OR

Early stage researchers are warmy invited to attend the Summer School on Behavioural Operational Research,  17-21 June at Radboud University in Nijmegen. During the week, recognized experts in the field host workshops on how to capture human behaviour in mathematical models and, vice versa, how mathematical models influence human behaviour. Topics include

– theories on decision making including heuristics, debiasing and game theory;

– designing and planning research into the effect of OR on behaviour, covering action research, experimental design, interaction coding and other aspects of qualitative and quantitative research;

– guidelines to increase the impact on behaviour, addressing problem structuring methods, simulation, (serious) gaming and decision analysis.
